The assembly and installation of the water cooling towers are executed by ALFATERM's experienced technical team which has all the necessary infrastructure for the execution of the services, using cranes and scaffolding when hired, and taking care of the process from end to end, including the definition of an airy place, far from other equipment that produces excess heat, contemplating the choice of a flat, level surface to support the cooled water basin, offering, optionally, civil engineering service for the construction of concrete basins required in some models, and making the equipment's hydraulic connections with the alignment of pipes and fittings, and the equipment's electrical connections protecting the motor through the adaptation of the voltage and frequency variation in compliance with the NBR 7094 standard, in addition to commissioning and supervision of assembly, startup with commissioning and assisted operation. Some tower models are shipped from the factory fully assembled, without the need for field work, that is, they are plug in play.
