ALFATERM employs high technology in the manufacturing of parts and pieces of its water cooling towers, using state-of-the-art components with higher performance and excellent raw materials to ensure maximum resistance and durability. The contact fills receive from the sprinkler nozzles the distribution of the hot process water, and have the role of increasing the contact surface with the cold air, removing heat from the water, being manufactured according to the temperature and characteristic of the water, and the available types are: BG (Cross-wave shaped Grid Blocks) in PP, PP flame retardant V-0, PP flame retardant V-2 or PVC, supporting water with up to 120 ppm; BRT (Tubular Splash Bars) in PP, PP flame retardant V-0, PP flame retardant V-2 or PVC, resistant to water with high levels of suspended solids; BF (Beehive Shaped Film Blocks) in PVC, applied only in clean water; RT (Triangular Splash Bars) in PP or PVC; BRR (Rectangular Tray Shaped Splash Bars) in PP, so that the temperature limit supported by PVC is 55°C and by PP is 85°C.
