ALFATERM employs high technology in the manufacturing of parts and pieces of its water cooling towers, using state-of-the-art components with higher performance and excellent raw materials to ensure maximum resistance and durability. The sprinkler nozzles spray the hot process water entering from the top of the tower, and distribute by gravity or pressurization for the filling contact filling, by draining the hot water so that the process of heat exchange with the air can take place. The appropriate choice of raw material to be used in the manufacturing of these distribution nozzles assists in the reduction of waste fouling, reducing the need for constant cleaning and avoiding possible clogging, after all, a clogged sprinkler nozzle decreases the water flow and reduces the cooling effectiveness. The types of nozzles available are: GR for gravity distribution through open channels in PRFV (Fiberglass reinforced polyester) or Steel, or QP for pressurized distribution through closed in PVC or PRFV pipes.
