ALFATERM employs high technology in the manufacturing of parts and pieces of its water cooling towers, using state-of-the-art components with higher performance and excellent raw materials to ensure maximum resistance and durability. The internal and external structures of the towers are designed considering the weight of the components and the circulating water, besides seismic and wind loads, and the arrangement of the towers can be designed with twinned or separate cells. The support, backing and internal locks can be made of ACZF (Fire galvanized carbon steel), pultruded PRFV (Fiberglass reinforced polyester), or stainless steel. The external closing structures are manufactured in PRFV (Fiberglass reinforced polyester), stainless steel, ACZF (Fire galvanized carbon steel), or concrete. And the cooled water basin can be manufactured in PRFV (Fiberglass reinforced polyester), stainless steel, ACZF (Fire galvanized carbon steel), or concrete, being designed with a dimensioning capable of supporting the necessary volume of water from the hydraulic system.
