Cooling towers for PLASTIC TRANSFORMATION
PLASTIC TRANSFORMATION

The plastic transformation industry is responsible for the selection, casting, and formulation work of the raw materials that are appropriate for each need, highlighting the thermoplastic resins processed by means of blow, injection, extrusion, lamination, and flexography machines and equipment, involving the conception of the mold to be used for the production of the necessary parts applied in several sectors, such as: automotive, electro-electronic, civil construction, and packaging, among others.

According to ABIPLAST, the plastic transformation industry is composed of 12,500 companies, employing around 325 thousand workers in Brazil, with a production of approximately 7 million tons, invoicing more than 90 billion Reais annually.

The plastic transformation process requires the cooling of overheated parts and pieces such as the mixer, cylinder, screw conveyor, and mold, so that the water cooling towers play a fundamental role in reducing the temperature of the water used, avoiding deformities in the finishing of the material produced.
