The process of selling a water cooling tower goes through some steps that aim to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of the product offered.
The first step is to identify the need and calculate the size, evaluating the flow of water that the equipment will operate, the desirable temperatures: hot and cold, the location to evaluate the TBU (Wet Bulb Temperature) and altitude of the region, besides environmental conditions, including seismic loads and winds, making it possible to customize the offer according to the specific needs of each client.
After the proposal is accepted, the process of manufacturing the water cooling tower is started, and subsequently, the assembly and installation, including the definition of a ventilated site, the choice of a flat and level surface to support the cooled water basin, the hydraulic and electrical connections of the equipment, and the startup with start-up and assisted operation, performing performance tests, regulated and approved by CTI, to ensure the achievement of the thermal efficiency established in the project.
